• During launches, sales, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Preorders and made-to-order items will ship within the timeframe stated on the product listing.
Shipping Methods
• All orders are shipped via USPS.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or stated in the sales post.
• Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
Local Pickup
• Local pickup options will be clearly stated on applicable posts.
• Pickup times and locations will be communicated after purchase.
Order Accuracy
• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
• River Country Home & Goods is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• Once an order has been shipped, River Country Home & Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
• We will gladly assist you in filing a claim or locating your package if an issue arises.
Damaged Items
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Shipping Notifications

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.
